The Clubhouse
With ample space, a complete kitchen and recent upgrades, there is no need to leave the neighborhood for your next event. Birthday parties, club meetings and catered dinners are just some of the uses for this community facility.
Rental Rates
$50 for up to 4 hours
$100 for more than 4 hours
$200 refundable deposit for all rentals

Only SouthPark 1 residents who are in good standing may rent the clubhouse. Proof of residency is required and the resident must be at clubhouse during the entire rental period.
Reservations
Once you've checked the calendar for availability, please email clientcare@amihoa.com and one of the clubhouse chairs will respond. Please complete the reservation form and review the cleaning policy before your rental date.
Pool Parties
Clubhouse reservations do not include access to the swimming pool. If you wish to rent the pool, either as part of your clubhouse rental or separately, please visit the Pool Parties page to learn more.
