The SouthPark community is located immediately south of Mineral Avenue and just east of Santa Fe Drive. SouthPark is divided into two separate associations:  SouthPark 1 and SouthPark 2.  This website contains information about SouthPark 1 only.  (For SouthPark 2, click here.)   SouthPark (i.e. SouthPark 1) consists of 270 single-family homes and 135 townhomes, an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, two sport courts, a beautiful clubhouse, a traditioned swim team, and ample open space and walking trails.  Built in the early 1980's, this Writer-built neighborhood is known for its colorful homes, abundance of trees, and friendly people.

The light rail to downtown Denver is within a few minutes walk.  Other nearby amenities include the Aspen Grove outdoor mall, South Platte Park and Carson Nature Center, Chatfield Reservoir, Writers Vista Park, and historic Main Street in Littleton.
